To supply frozen fish, which belongs to the group of veterinary goods, a huge package of documents is drawn up, including a certificate issued by the veterinary control service and a quality certificate. We also undertake the entire legal support.

Not everyone might aware that wild fish is never chilled: it is processed and placed into freezers immediately on board a fishing vessel. This is due to the fact that fish is a perishable food product, and low temperature is the only way to preserve the catch.

And further on, when storing and transporting over long distances, it is necessary to strictly observe the temperature requirements, and avoid defrosting. Only in this case fish will not lose its presentation and taste all the way from producer to consumer.

Transportation of frozen fish is carried out in special containers. Refrigeration systems provide the required temperature - minus 18-25 degrees Celsius. Humidity is maintained at the level of 95-100%. Containers of various types and volumes are used as packaging: from barrels and wooden boxes to cardboard boxes.

RENOR W.L.L aims to expand the assortment range, volumes and geography of frozen fish supplies. A major contract with a fish manufacturer from Chile is being negotiated.
